On December 5th, 2025, the Montessori Kindergarten of Bukoba celebrated Parents’ Day, marking the end of the school year.
Parents were warmly invited to the school, where they received their child’s annual progress file. The children proudly performed a short show, followed by shared snacks and cheerful conversations.A special highlight of the day: the children spoke and sang in English, to the amazement and pride of parents who do not speak the language themselves.
This celebration once again showed how school can be a place of connection, confidence and shared pride. Thanks to the dedication of the teaching team, the involvement of families and the support of Partage Tanzanie, children grow in a caring environment where learning goes hand in hand with joy.
The Montessori approach plays a key role in this journey. By encouraging independence, self-confidence and respect for each child’s rhythm, it gives young learners a strong foundation for their future. In Bukoba, Montessori education is more than a method — it is a pathway toward curiosity, confidence and hope.

The Montessori approach plays an essential role here: it encourages independence, self-confidence, and respect for each child’s pace. By nurturing a love of learning and the freedom to explore from an early age, it lays strong foundations for both academic success and personal growth. In Bukoba, this pedagogy is much more than a method: it is a true gateway to curiosity, confidence… and hope.
